A fun class at tones and strengthens the muscles, working on joint mobility through the slow,
relaxing motions of yoga. Great for those recovering from a hip or knee surgery, or discovering yoga for the first time.

flow 9:15am - ocean room
A moderately-paced flow class to help you feel centred, focused, and restored. Postures encourage alignment, flexibility and gentle movement. Suitable for people looking for a well-rounded flow class. Modifications and options are provided.

mindful movement 2-3:15pm - dance studio
Movement is essential to healing. This mindful yoga practice starts with moving poses that will revitalize, nourish and refresh your body. Continue with poses that focus on smooth, full-body movements with a dynamic, non-stressful approach. Practice finishes with a guided meditation.

zen for men 7-8pm ocean room
Specially designed for guys and led by a guy, this Zen for Men practice is excellent for men who are curious about exploring how a regular yoga practice can improve flexibility, encourage mindfulness and reduce stress. All levels welcome.

restorative flow 10:45am - ocean room
A combination of gentle Hatha and relaxing restorative postures, restorative flow yoga is a slow paced gentle movement class that relaxes and refreshes the body.
zen express 12:15pm - ocean room (45 min.)
This 45 minute express class focuses on balance, strength, flexibility and breath. Quiet your mind and rejuvenate your body. All levels welcome.
