9:30am - Mindful Yoga Moves
8:45am - Energizing Flow
12:30pm - Chair Yoga
8:45am - Slow & Low Yoga
10am - SunRise Yoga - every second Saturday
Mindful Yoga Moves: A session of mindful movements, adding functional movement with traditional yoga poses.
Energizing Flow: This "morning boost" yoga class focuses on longer held poses, energizing sequences that flow together for inner harmony.
Chair Yoga: More than sitting... this class uses the chair for support and stability. Movements and modified poses for the whole body. Great for people practicing at their desk, and for people with movement disorders.
Restorative Flow: Take time to enjoy deep relaxation, moving slowly to relax mind body and breath for a total restorative practice. ending with a guided meditation.
SunRise Yoga: A bright morning session that focuses on energizing and slowly waking up! Sequences that flow together for inner harmony.
Slow & Low: This gentle practice will have you moving slowly while keeping low to the floor for soothing postures. Sequencing forward bends, back bends, twists and soft stretches to help wake you up easily. Great for all levels.
