Zoom Class Schedule
Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga. Have a look at the classes I teach throughout the week to see what works for you.
Winter/Spring Class Schedule
Classes will extend for 15 minutes for a optional guided meditation. Classes are 90 minutes.
Monday 9:30am - Mindful Yoga Moves
Wednesday 9:30am - Energizing Flow
Friday 11am - Chair Yoga Movement (60mins)
*Friday 12:30pm - Noon Rise Yoga (*new class starts March 5th)
Sunday 10am Restorative Flow
Mindful Yoga Moves: A session of mindful movements, adding functional movement with traditional yoga poses.
Gentle & Low: A slow and low practice, sequencing forward bends, back bends, twists and soft stretches to help wake up (not a scheduled class).
In Meditation: This 30 minute session focuses on light stretches, and simple but effective breathing exercises, that help to find a deep meditation (not a scheduled class).
Energizing Flow: This "wake-up" class focuses on longer held poses, energizing sequences that flow together for inner harmony.
Chair Yoga Movement: More than sitting... this class uses the chair for support and stability. Movements and modified poses for the whole body. Great for people practicing at their desk, and for people with movement disorders.
Power Flow: This is a work-out yoga routine that with build strength stamina and energy. Options for a more challenging practice with variations using light hand weights (not a scheduled class).
Restorative Flow: Take time to enjoy deep relaxation, moving slowly to relax mind body and breath for a total restorative practice. ending with a guided meditation.
Noon Rise Yoga: A gentle midday session that focuses on energizing and slowly waking up! Sequences that flow together for inner harmony.
$5-$10 per class (sliding scale)
