This spring, plan to take some personal time for yourself to rejuvenate and recharge at the Little Sparrow Spa and Wellness Retreat.
This yoga weekend getaway is promised to relax and restore you, mind body, spirit.
The getaway includes:

two nights accommodation in the cozy Scandinavian style spa and retreat space.

meals will be a healthy breakfast and lunch, and daily snacks.

a morning and afternoon yoga practice, a evening meditation on the beach.

plenty of time to relax and unwind around the property, enjoying the spa facilities.
Spa Facilities - You will have full access to explore the multiple on-property facilities to discover a wellness routine that suites your needs, while surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The spa facilities include: the outdoor wood burning stove style sauna, the Natural Plunge Pool, the hot tub, infrared sauna and the steam room.
Massage - You can enhance your sense of well-being by enjoying a private massage from Little Sparrow’s resident masseuse Shea Weflen.
CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of $200.00 to reserve your retreat booking.

Full payment is required by March 10th to complete your registration.

If cancellation is received within 21 days of your arrival date, it is often too late to fill your spot (and others may have been turned away due to full enrollment or room selection). Therefore you have 1 of 2 options:
1. A fee of $25.00 per person is retained, and the balance can be transferred to another date or program within the same program year. (Credits are transferable to another person with your written permission.)
2. Your payment is refundable minus a $150.00 administration fee per person. -
No refunds are given if you cancel within 24 hours of, or during a program.

In the event that the Yoga Getaway is canceled due to insufficient registration or unforeseeable events, you will be notified as soon as possible (at least 7 days prior to the start date) and your fee will be refunded in full.
FEES
The total cost for the Yoga + Wellness Getaway will vary according to the accommodations type chosen. Taxes and fees are included.
The rooms are all unique with different bed sizes, please let me know your personal sleeping needs and I will accommodate you. Our getaway is limited to a small group, so confirm with me as soon as you can. Please note, this getaway is dedicated to a small and intimate group.
